p4mx health builds and operates AI-supported, custom software for the healthcare sector, from tools for process improvement through to regulated medical devices.

The name

p4mx health means patrik and p2cx for medical diagnostics and therapeutics.

Team

p4mx health combines two complementary profiles: regulatory and domain depth in the life sciences market on one side, proven product development and reliable operations on the other.

Product and Regulatory Affairs

Scholler is responsible for strategy, client projects and regulatory affairs. He brings many years of life sciences experience — from data and process projects for pharmaceutical companies to building regulated digital health applications under the EU MDR.

Engineering and Processes

Gastmeyer is responsible for product development, operations and security. As COO he spent five years building Loyos BI — financial reporting for more than 500 portfolio companies — and brings that experience to dependable software, continuous deployment and secure operations.
